Marxist Outlook is the  personal website of Terry Button.  The purpose of this site is to put forward the Marxist point of view in the form of short essays and articles.  To give the site purpose and cohesion I have adopted the following as policy:

• Marxism is to be regarded in general as a world scientific outlook, and in particular as the theory  of world social revolution 

• Marxism is the synthesis of dialectical logic and historical materialism, or more briefly, dialectical materialism.
